Just follow these steps:

Open steam and Right click on PUBG in your library
-
Left Click on “Properties” at the bottom of the list.

Left Click “Set Launch Options...”

Now type in the text box “-KoreanRating” Capitals does matter so make sure to capitalize the K and R. Also make sure it is a dash at the beginning.
